Seeking full-time, long-term virtual receptionist for busy NYC therapy practice. I’d love to hire someone who will grow with me and eventually take on additional responsibilities as the practice grows.
This job requires answering client phone calls, managing my calendar, helping clients with scheduling, and sending emails to clients. There may be additional tasks during downtime, such as helping manage social media pages. I’m seeking someone who is available from 9 am to 5 pm EDT.

Pay starts at $650/month, rising to $850/ month over a two year period. For a candidate with significant reception experience and good references, I will be offering more. Because my practice is growing, it’s possible that this role will grow and eventually transition into more of a reception management role (with salary increases as well)
This position accrues paid sick time and holidays. I also pay the 13th month bonus (prorated for start date).
